In this video, we travel over to nearby HEYWOOD, a relatively small town in the Metropolitan Borough of Rochdale, Greater Manchester.

It was back in September 1911 when a young couple by the names of EDITH GRIFFITHS and WALTER MARTYN went for a walk in Plumpton Woods (now known as CRIMBLE WOODS).

Unfortunately, only one person would return from their walk alive.
