In July this year (2022), we covered the story of a 17 year old boy, whose body was sadly discovered back in 1930 and submerged beneath the water of Calf Hey reservoir in a place near to Haslingden.

The inquest recorded a verdict of accidental drowning.

But something just doesn’t seem right about the whole story so we have returned, this time to try and find some answers as to his mysterious death.

This is what we found.
