In this video, we visit the now derelict and abandoned – Ocean Chemical Works in Ramsbottom and just situated alongside Nuttall Park.

This former building used to produce cyanide and was at one time the only cyanide-making factory in Britain.

The doors were finally closed sometime in 1931.
