What Happened To The FLANNAN ISLE LIGHTHOUSE Keepers?

In today’s very short video, we discuss the strange and bizarre story of the Flannan Isle Lighthouse.

In December 1900, three lighthouse keepers—Thomas Marshall, James Ducat, and Donald McArthur—vanished under mysterious circumstances from the Flannan Isles Lighthouse on a remote, storm-battered island off the coast of Scotland. The relief crew, arriving on December 26, found the lighthouse deserted, with no trace of the men. Inside, the clocks had stopped, meals were uneaten, and a sense of eerie abandonment lingered. The only clues were a set of logbook entries describing severe storms, a sense of dread, and strange behavior among the keepers. Theories about their disappearance range from being swept away by rogue waves to supernatural intervention, but their fate remains an enduring enigma, shrouded in maritime mystery.
