Janet had been missing since a night out with friends. But when her body was discovered, those fears gave way to horror. The vibrant young woman, who had her whole life ahead of her, had been brutally murdered — and nearly three decades later, her killer still walks free.
To this day, the mystery of who ended Janet’s life remains one of Lancashire’s AND Preston’s most haunting unsolved crimes.
